Mario Javier
Constante

Mario Javier Constante is a bilingual professional with over 6 years of international experience in administration, research, and client services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Strategic Management, bringing strong analytical and organizational skills to immigration law. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Russian, with proficiency in Portuguese, he is dedicated to supporting clients and attorneys with accurate documentation and compassionate service.

Kimberly Camacho
Kimberly Camacho is the in-person receptionist at Ryan Immigration Law. As the first point of contact at the firm, she takes pride in welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism. She manages the intake of case-related documentation and assists clients by addressing their questions and guiding them through the initial steps of their immigration process. Kimberly graduated from Mount Mary University with a degree in International Studies and Spanish. She has five years of experience as a legal assistant.

Brenda Gonzalez
As the Office Manager and Legal Assistant at Ryan Immigration Law, she manages the daily operations of the firm, providing direct support to the Attorney in case preparation and follow-up.With a background in Business Administration and over 20 years of experience in customer service, Brenda brings strong management skills and organizational expertise to the team. Her leadership ensures that each case is handled efficiently and with professionalism.

Cristhian Rodriguez
Cristhian is a lawyer, who graduated form the Externado de Colombia University, with specializations in commercial law and corporate law from the University of Rosario. He recently completed his master's degree in International Technology Law from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He has one year of experience working at Ryan Immigration Law, LLC helping to review files for accuracy and completeness.

Diego Ruiz
Lead Immigration Attorney
Diego is an immigration paralegal who has worked for various firms in the United States for the past five years. He has been trained by several attorneys, which has allowed him to gain extensive experience in different types of cases, such as family petitions and, especially, VAWA. His attention to detail, mentorship, analytical thinking, client focus, and versatility are some of his most notable skills.

Martha Barajas
Martha is a graduate of the Piloto University of Colombia, where she earned her degree as a Financial Advisor. Prior to that, she studied Business Administration. Over the last two years, Martha has trained and worked in immigration law, and has been a full-time receptionist and client specialist for Ryan Immigration Law, since 2023. Her skills include excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, resourcefulness, and research.

Mary is an Industrial Engineer with over two years of training and experience in the immigration legal field. As a paralegal at the firm, she is responsible for assisting clients at every stage of the process, from gathering evidence to preparing and completing forms. Mary is committed to providing clear, compassionate, and efficient support, ensuring that each case is handled with the care and attention it deserves. With specialized training in immigration processes, she combines an analytical perspective with a strong sense of service to support individuals seeking to build a new future.

Natalia Otero is a screenwriter, writer, and creative consultant with over 10 years of experience developing and researching audiovisual content for television, film, streaming platforms, and digital media. Her work is characterized by a deep connection to personal stories, often exploring underrepresented perspectives and complex themes such as social conflict, criminal cases, migration, gender-based violence, and human trafficking.
